Łączenie z kontrolerem z sieci WAN

Od jakiegoś czasu nie mogę się połączyć z kontrolerem z sieci zewnętrznej. W sieic domowej wszystko działa. Nie wiem czy to może być cos w aplikacji albo kontrolerze, czy raczej po stronie dostawcy internetu. Z kontrolerem łączę się przez adres IP zewnętrzny.

Wykonałem skanowanie. Port 20400 jest otwarty. W kontrolerze ustawinia maski podsieci i bramy są poprawne.
Mam też monitoring na tym samym adresie (zewnętrznym), ale innym porcie. Wszystko działa beż zarzutu. przestawiłem monitoring na port 20400 i IP sieci domowej jak EFC i działa poprawnie, łącze się bez problemów.

Dziwna sprawa. Jeśli przekierowanie portów działa poprawnie, to problem może być albo w samym kontrolerze albo aplikacji. A jesteś pewny, że w aplikacji na ekranie logowania używasz szczegółów połączenia dla dostępu Zdalnego/DDNS?

Czy dostajesz jakieś błędy w aplikacji przy podłączaniu? Czy widzisz kręcące się kółko i następuje timeout z błędem logowania?

Rzeczywiście dziwne. Od kilku dni walczę z porblemem i nic. Sprawdzałem wszystkie adresy i prty. Przeinstalowałem aplikację.
Teraz przepisałem adrs IP i port (oba były poprawne) i ... połączyłem się. Może był jakiś niewidoczny znak lub spacja w adresie lub numerze portu., a może cos po stronie dostawcy.
